This course was good. I am not sure if it was 100% what my boss meant me to find for a "change management" course. He already made the decision on how to change our management and didn't offer input to any of us below that position. That wasn't necessarily what this course is teaching. This course teaches a more cohesive plan with employee involvement.

This course was good. I am not sure if it was 100% what my boss meant me to find for a "change management" course. He already made the decision on how to change our management and didn't offer input to any of us below that position. That wasn't necessarily what this course is teaching. This course teaches a more cohesive plan with employee involvement.
